Choose a calm place where no one can disturb you. Airy places are preferred. It is a must to do yoga on a mat or a cloth and one should never do it on the bare flooring. Yoga has shown some beneficial results in curing diabetes. <li>First, on the floor with erect and stretched out the legs in front of you.</li>
<li>After that, spread both your legs on either side as far apart as you can.</li>
<li>Next, Stretch your arms to hold the big toes of your respective feets.</li>
<li>Then, slowly bend your trunk forward and try to touch your forehead on the ground.<span id="more-150"></span></li>
<li>Keep both legs straight without any bend from the knees.</li>
<li>Try to hold this same position for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li>After that, return to sitting position, you first raise your head and then releasing the big toe and final come to the normal position<strong> </strong></li>

<li>This is a great fitness exercise which makes your abdomen stronger.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Svastikasana is the most popular and common pose of setting properly with two soles between the opposite knees and thighs while sitting on the ground with straight and erect body. However, when we sit in this pose, the position of legs and body resembles <strong>Svastik</strong> that’s why this position is known as <strong>Svastikasana</strong><strong>.</strong> Moreover, the Sanskrit meaning of Svastik is “<strong>Prosperous</strong>” called as the <strong>Prosperous</strong><strong> </strong>pose.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Techniques to perform this fitness exercise: </strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Stretch out both legs together,      hands by the side of the body where as the palms resting on the ground,      fingers together pointing forward.</li>
<li>Now fold your one leg at the      knees and put it at against the joint of the other thigh.</li>
<li>Similarly, fold the other leg      and put it near the joint of the other thigh.<span id="more-144"></span></li>
<li>Put both hands on the knees in      jnana mudra.</li>
<li>While returning to the original      position first stretch out right leg then, stretch out left leg and keep      both legs together.</li>
<li>All this time you must remember      that your spine or back must be as straight as possible. Extending from      the tailbone upwards to the head. And also breathing must be regular and      rhythmic.</li>
<li>However, the soles must also be      placed between the calf and the thigh muscles always.</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Naukasana is derived from a Sanskrit word Nauka which means “Boat” and asana means “Posture”. In other words, it is a boat posture yoga practice that is aimed at nourishing and strengthening your lower spine, quads, glutes, abdominal muscles, calves and Inner thighs. However, it is the most simple pose among other <strong>Yoga posses</strong> in which we can be a master after little bit of practice. Moreover, this Naukasana has two elements of balancing, and stretching and can be taught to children from the age of three onwards. Now let us know how to perform this yoga asana?<span id="more-141"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Steps for Practice:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>First, lie on the floor on your abdomen and your chest and forehead touching the ground.</li>
<li>Now keep your legs together and arms extended forward with palms on the floor.</li>
<li>Start inhaling and raise your arms, head, neck, shoulders, trunk and legs simultaneously as high as possible.</li>
<li>Keep your elbows and knees straight, and also balance your entire body weight on the navel.</li>
<li>While exhaling, bring down your hands, forehead and legs to the ground. Then relax!</li>
</ul>

<li>Your      finger toes and tips should all be at the same level.</li>
<li>Maintain this same posture as soon      as you can hold your breath.</li>
</ul>

<li>First,      be seated in      a comfortable posture such as <strong><em>Padmasana</em> </strong>(crossed leg) and <strong><em>Vajrasana</em>.</strong> Then, place your hands on your knees and feel relaxed.</li>
<li>Focus on your      breathing pattern and start taking deep breathe in and then release the      breath out.<span id="more-137"></span></li>
<li>Now inhale slowly      and exhale with a great force. Remember, your abdominal muscles should get      expanded when you inhale and get contracted when you exhale.</li>
<li>Do not take much      effort while inhaling or breathing the air. Complete the procedure of Kapalbhati yoga pranaayama.</li>
<li>Complete the      procedure of this Kapalbhati yoga      exercise by deep inhalation and exhalation.</li>
<li>You have      successfully completed one round of this Kapalbhati<em> </em>exercise.</li>
<li>However, the      beginner can do 3 rounds of this Kapalbhati      exercise by doing 15 exhalations in each round.</li>
<li>Take small breaks      between each round. You can increase the number of exhalations and rounds      of pranaayama as per your      convenience.</li>

Now let us discuss the procedure of performing this Trikonasana.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Procedure: </strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>First, stand straight on a flat surface.</li>
<li>Stretch you legs outward and maintain a distance of 2½ feet between both legs.</li>
<li>Next, move your left foot outwards, at an angel of about 90 degrees.</li>
<li>And now, bring<strong> </strong>the right foot inwards, at an angel of about 45 degrees.<strong> </strong></li>
<li>Start inhaling and raise your arms till the time they are parallel to the ground.<span id="more-129"></span><strong></strong>
<ul>
<li>As your start exhaling, now turn your head towards the left</li>
<li>Now, focus your gaze down your left arm, towards the stretched out fingers and also ensure that your left knee is in alignment with the left ankle.</li>
<li>Take a deep breath and start stretching your body towards the left side, lowering the left hip and raising the right one, as far as you feel convenient.</li>
<li>Now, spin around your arms. You need to let your left hand go down, coming to rest on the floor, along with left foot.</li>
<li>As for the right hand, it should be pointing straight up.</li>
<li>Turn around in a way that your gaze focuses on the right hand.</li>
<li>Stay in the position for 1-2 minutes, while taking deep breaths.</li>
<li>Exhale once more and slowly start lowering your arms.</li>
<li>Bring your hands to rest on your hips.</li>
<li>Now, turning on your heels, bring your feet in front, once again.</li>
<li>Repeat the asana with the right leg.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Halasana is a valuable form of asana which has its own uniqueness and excellent benefits. In other words, it is an extremely forward bending exercise which is also popularly known as Plough postures.  However, this asana is to be performing to promote the flexibility and strength in all the regions of the neck and back. This pose can put significant strain on the cervical spine, which does not normally undergo this type of stress, and can cause injury if not performed properly.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How to Do:<span id="more-125"></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method: </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>First, lie flat on the back with your body stretched and straight out.</li>
<li>Next. Bring the toes and heels together.</li>
<li>Put the palms on the floor and keep them close to the body on booth sides.</li>
<li>However, now stretch-out the toes, legs and inhale and simultaneously raise both heads upwards till they come to a vertical position.</li>
<li>Next start exhale and simultaneously lowering the legs towards the head area and try to touch the floor in front of the head with the toes.</li>
<li>Go only as far as possible for you. After exhaling and keep breathing normally till the whole posture is completed.</li>
<li>Remain in this position for about 8 seconds.</li>
<li>Start returning the back to the floor.</li>
<li>Let the back roll down on the floor inch by inch.</li>
<li>This should be done very slowly and smoothly.</li>
<li> Keep the legs and toes quite tight all along during the returning phase.</li>
<li> Now you have completed one round of this posture and relax for 6 to 8 seconds.</li>
</ul>

<li>It calms the brain.</li>
<li>It stimulates the thyroid gland and abdominal organs.</li>

<li>Next, the practice of this Asana is also useful in certain types of diabetes.</li>

<li>Do not bend your legs at the knees while raising them up.</li>
<li>Do not raise the legs by giving any jerk.</li>
<li>After reaching the angle of 90° go ahead carefully with a balancing weight. Sometimes due to gravitational force, the legs may fall backward on the ground with jerk, therefore, control you according to it.</li>
<li>While stretching the legs backward balance your weight on the hands and also while returning use hands for balancing your weight.</li>
<li>Do not forcibly stretch your legs if they are not in a position to touch the ground. Stretch them as far as they are stretched easily. Maintain it.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Gradual practice will make body capable of moving forward and flexibility will be developed.</li>
